ABSTRACT |
Ahn, E.S., Kim, J.K. Difference of anaerobic ability in warm-up 0 and 100watt at Wingate test. Exercise Science, 16(3): 281-290, 2007. The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of anaerobic power on warm-ups with 0watt(W1) and 100watt(W2) in WAnT. Twenty-six professional cyclists who is registered with the Cycle Racing Corporation, participated in four tests for two weeks to measure WAnT. On each day, the test lasted for 30 seconds as a workload of 0.7%(4.41J). The result of W2(p<.05) showed significantly higher rate in PP, MP and MP/kg when W1 and W2 were compared. But there was not significantly in PP/kg, TPP, and FI between W1 and W2. Results of errors between warm-up(0watt) and warm-up(100watt) of W1 and W2 errors of PP(14.51%), PP/kg(7.26%) showed higher rate than those of the MP(13.84%) and MP/kg(6.26%). On the Lactic acid values test W1 showed significantly higher rate than W2 at the recovery time of 2min and 20min(p<.05). Anaerobic contribution and lactate recovery ratio were showed that W1 was higher significantly than W2. Therefore, we can conclude that wam-up load which is used in WAnT, makes difference in PP(7.26%) and MP(6.26%), and it also has an effect on alteration of recovery period. |
