ABSTRACT
Kim, I. K. Response of Aerobic Exercise on Vascular Compliance in Normal Group. Exercise Science, 11(2): 383-392, 2002. The Purpose of this study was to observe the response of treadmill exercise on vascular compliance in normal subjects. Twenty volunteers were studied : 30~40 age group(10), 50~60 age group(10). The subjects group's were exercised on a treadmill at 60% HRmax exercise intensity for 30 minutes and measured vascular compliance at 30minuses pre-exercise and post-exercise respectively. The result was as follow:
