The influence of judo masters’pre-season winter hard-training on fatigue substance, muscle injury marker and inflammation markers
ABSTRACT
This study is for observing the influence of low intensity exercise after the season and high intensity exercise before the season on fatigue substance(lactic acid , ammonia), muscle injury marker(LDH, CK) and inflammation marker(CPK, CRP) of judo masters. and the major results on this analysis are as follows: In case of fatigue substance, lactic acid, there was no meaningful difference after low & high intensity exercise and there was a meaningful decrease(p<.05) after high intensity exercise in case of ammonia. In case of muscle injury marker, LDH, there was a meaningful increase after the high intensity exercise(p<.05). There was a meaningful difference between groups(p<.05). In case of CK, there was no meaningful difference after the low & high intensity exercise. In case of inflammation marker,CPK, there was no meaningful difference after the low & high intensity exercise. In case of CRP, there was a meaningful decrease(p<.05) after the low intensity exercise, and there was no meaningful difference after the high intensity exercise. In conclusion, there might be the possibility of inducing muscle damage followed by fatigue accumulation with continuous high intensity exercise without enough break and undernutrition, thereby having a negative influence on athletic performance and health condition. Also there might be a high possibility of inducing inflammation caused by the reduction of physical defense function within cells.
Key words: Judo, lactic acid, ammonia, LDH, CK, CPK, CRP
