ABSTRACT |
This study is for observing the influence of judo athletes with mild & high-strength exercise for 6 weeks before the season on their physical force(backmuscle strength, grip strength, trunk forward flexion, standing highjump, sidestep, sit-ups), stress hormone(epinephrine, norepinephrine, cortisol), and inflammatory cytokine(IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α). As the result of the study, there was meaningful increase(p<.05) on backmuscle strength, trunk forward flexion, and sit-ups in the case of high-strength exercise. There was meaningful difference(p<.001) on backmuscle strength and muscular endurance between groups. It proved that there was more meaningful increase of stress scale during the high-strength exercise, compared with mild exercise(p<.01). There was a meaningful increase(p<.05) in case of norepinephrine of stress hormone with a meaningful difference(p<.001) between groups. There was a meaningful decrease in TNF-α(p<.05) in case of inflammatory cytokine after high-strength exercise. Therefore as the result of this study, it proved that high-strength exercise helps to improve physical strength, but reduces the stress response and inflammatory cytokine. |
